| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法: 回顾性分析高龄股骨转子间骨折患者40例,以股骨上端外侧为切口,将骨折复位后应用股骨近端锁定钢板固定骨折部位。结果: 随访6~12个月,骨折均达到愈合,未出现切口感染、退钉、髋内翻等畸形。结论: 股骨近端锁定螺钉可以从多个角度固定骨折,增加骨折的稳定性,是治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的一种良好的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy of using proximal femoral nail to treat intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:Forty cases of intertrochanteric fracture was retrospective analyze.Incise the lateral femur,reduct the fracture and fix fracture site using proximal femoral nail were carried out in all cases. Results:After followed up by 6 to 12 months,all cases were healed without complications as incision infection,back nails,hip varus deformity and so on.
