| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨标本溶血、黄疸、脂血对荧光定量PCR检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA的影响。方法: 荧光定量PCR检测无溶血、无黄疸、非脂血血清和溶血、黄疸、高脂血清标本的HBV DNA。结果: 溶血、黄疸、高脂血血清与无溶血、无黄疸、非脂血血清HBV DNA定量检测结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 标本溶血、黄疸、脂血对荧光定量PCR检测HBV DNA无干扰。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of abnormal sample characters,such as hemolysis,icterus and lipemia,on fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) detection of HBV DNA. Methods:Levels of serum HBV DNA in hyperlipemia with hemolysis,icterus and normal serum samples were detected by FQ-PCR. Results:There were no significant differences of HBV DNA level among the groups of hyperlipemia with hemolysis,icterus and the control(P>0.05).
