| 摘 要： | 目的：调查某市不同级别医院检验科的资源配置现状，为政府制定相关政策提供依据。方法：采用典型调查的方法对某市10所不同级别的医院检验科2005年的情况进行调查，采用专题小组讨论法深入研究。结果：检验科人员中，工作年限低、学历低、职称低的人员多。检验科设备中，血液分析仪、生化分析仪和尿液分析仪配备率最高。结论：检验科应根据不同级别医院的特点进行资源配置。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To investigate the status of health resource allocation in laboratories at different level hospitals to provide evidence for government to make appropriate health resource allocation. Methods： To collect the data from ten sampling hospitals through typical survey. Focus group discussion was applied for consultation. Results： There are lower working time, education background, and professional title among clinics. Professionals top three equipments are blood cell analyzer, clinical chemistry analyzer and urine analyzer. Conclusions： Health resource allocation in hospital should be based on the characteristics of different hospital levels. |
