| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在预防心肌梗死介入治疗术后并发症中的效果。方法对100例接受经皮冠状动脉支架植入术的心肌梗死患者,运用循证护理思维方法对其术后并发症进行寻求实证,针对常见和严重并发症进行全面查找分析原因,制定科学的护理对策,实施预见性护理。结果通过及时的观察与针对性护理,有效减少患者介入治疗术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。结论循证护理应用于心肌梗死介入治疗术后并发症的预防中,能对护理实践提供科学的指导,提高护理质量和效果,提高护士解决问题的能力。
