苦碟子注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效

目的：观察苦碟子注射液在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的作用。方法：140例不稳定型心绞痛患者被随机均分为常规治疗组（予标准方案治疗）；苦碟子组（在标准方案基础上加用苦碟子注射液），连续治疗14d。随访并记录两组3个月内心绞痛再发率和1年内心肌梗死率。结果：与常规治疗组比较，苦碟子组3个月内心绞痛再发生率（22．9％比10．0%）、一年内心肌梗死率（10．0%比1．4%）均明显降低（P均〈0．05）。结论：苦碟子注射液对于患者短期症状缓解和延缓病情进展有一定效果。

Therapeutic effects of Ixeris sonchifolia injection in patients with nnstable angina pectoris

Objective： To observe effect of Ixeris sonchifolia injection in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： A total of 140 UAP patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group （received standard treatment） and Ixeris sonchifolia group （received Ixeris sonchifolia injection based on standard treatment）. Course of treatment was 14 d in the two groups. The two groups were followed up and recorded for recurrence rate of angina pectoris within three months and rate of myocardial infarction within one year. Results： Compared with routine treatment group, there were significant decrease in recurrence rate of angina pectoris within three months （22.9% vs. 10.0%） and rate of myocardial infarction within one year （10.0% sonchifolia group, P〈0.05 both. Conclusion： Ixeris sonchifolia injection is effective in relieve toms and delay of progression of disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
