他汀序贯治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨阿托伐他汀序贯治疗对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法:ACS患者107例,随机分为常规治疗组(50例)和观察组(57例),疗程为4周。治疗前、后查血脂及hsCRP水平。结果:治疗后两组血清hsCRP、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白一胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前明显下降,高密度脂蛋白一胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前明显升高(P均〈0.05);与常规治疗组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后hsCRP(7.85±4.91)mg/L比(5.99±3.23)mg/L]、TC(4.86±0.95)mmol/L比(4.39±0.81)mmol/L],LDL—C(2.47±0.77)mmol/L比(2.12±0.68)mmol/L]水平明显降低(P均〈0.05)。结论:改良他汀序贯治疗对调脂及降低超敏C反应蛋白的作用较常规治疗更显著。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate effects of sequential therapy of atorvastatin on levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and blood lipids in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: A total of 107 ACS pa- tients were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n=50) and observation group (n=57) , course of treat- ment was four weeks. Levels of hsCRP and blood lipids were examined before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, levels of serum hsCRP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) significantly decreased, and level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) significantly increased in the two groups compared with before treatment (P〈0.05 all), compared with routine treatment group, levels of hsCRP (7.85±4.91) mg/L vs. (5.99±3.23) mg/L], TC ]4.86±0.95) mmol/L vs. (4.39±0.81) mmol/L] and LDL-C (2.47±0.77) mmol/L vs. (2.12±0.68) mmol/L] significantly decreased in observation group after treatment (P〈0.05 all). Conclusion: Improved sequential therapy of atorvastatin possesses more obvious effects on regulation of lipids and lowering level of hs-CRP.
