摘    要:目的:探讨经导管射频消融术(RFcA)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)对心脏自主神经功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析319例行RFCA治疗PSVT患者术前与术后心率变异性(HRV)变化。结果:与术前比较,RFCA后5项HRV时域指标——24h正常RR间期标准差(SDNN)(114.2±12.3)ms比(75.3±12.3)ms]、24h每5min正常RR间期平均值的标准差(sDANN)(115.1±11.4)ms比(74.2±12.1)ms]、24h每5min正常RR间期标准差的平均值(SDNNIndex)(41.7±3.5)ms比(26.8±7.9)ms]、24h相邻RR间期之差的均方根(rMSSD)(35.6±5.7)ms比(13.6±4.1)ms]、相邻正常RR间期差值〉50ms心搏数占24h总RR间期数的百分率(PNN50)(13.3±4.5)%比(6.7±2.3)%]显著减少(P均〈0.05)。结论:经导管射频消融术对心脏自丰神经有一定的损伤。导致自丰神绎功能下降.

Abstract:Objective: To study effect of radiofrequency current catheter ablation (RFCA) treating paroxysmal su- praventricular tachycardia (PSVT) on cardiac autonomic nerval function. Methods: Changes of heart rate variability (HRV) of 319 PSVT patients before and after RFCA were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Compared with before treatment, there were significant decrease in standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals calculated over the 24 h period (SDNN) (114.2±12.3) ms vs. (75.3±12.3) ms], standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals in all 5 rain segments of the entire recording(SDANN) ( 115.1 ± 11.4) ms vs. ( 74.2± 12.1 ) ms], SDNN index - (41.7±3.5) ms vs. (26.8±7.9) ms], root--mean square of differences between successive normal to normal intervals (rMSSD) -(35.6±5.7) ms vs. (13.6±4.1) ms] and adjacent normal RR interval difference~SO ms stroke account for a percentage of 24 h total RR interval (PNN50) E ((13.3±4.5) % vs. 6.7±2.3) % ] after treat- ment (P〈0.05 all). Conclusion: Radiofrequency current catheter ablation causes certain injure to cardiac autonomic nerve, and leads to desecent of cardiac autonomic herval function.
