| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同期多平面手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的手术疗效。方法对32例OSAHS患者（2个及2个以上平面狭窄）进行鼻腔结构重建、舌体消融、悬雍垂腭咽成形术等手术方式中的二项或以上的联合手术,比较手术前、后6个月多导睡眠监测的结果及患者的主观感受,以评估手术疗效。结果 32例患者手术前、后最低血氧饱和度由（0.68±0.01）提高至（0.82±0.05）,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为17.24、10.03,P值均〈0.01）。治愈14例（AHI〈5次/h）,占43.75%,有效16例（AHI〉20次/h但降低幅度≥50%）,占50.00%,无效2例（AHI降低幅度〈50%）,占6.25%。结论同期多平面手术是治疗OS-AHS患者的安全有效的方法。
