| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者口服氯吡格雷后白细胞减少与季节的关系。方法：对317例急性心肌梗死患者按季度进行分组，比较组间口服氯吡格雷后白细胞水平的变化。结果：白细胞减少发生率在冬季（16．83％）明显高于春季（7．04％）、夏季（7．23％）、秋季（9．68％），P〈0．05。结论：口服氯吡格雷后白细胞减少与季节相关，冬季最易出现。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the relationship between leucopenia and season after oral administration of clopi- dogrel in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods： A total of 317 AMI patients were divided into four groups according to season. Changes of level of white blood cells after oral administration of clopidogrel were compared among groups. Results： Occurrence rate of leucopenia （16.83%） in winter was significantly higher than those of spring （7.04%）, summer （7.23%） and autumn （9.68%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Leucopenia caused by oral administration of clopidogrel is associated with season, and it mainly occurs in winter. |
