摘    要:目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者口服氯吡格雷后白细胞减少与季节的关系。方法:对317例急性心肌梗死患者按季度进行分组,比较组间口服氯吡格雷后白细胞水平的变化。结果:白细胞减少发生率在冬季(16.83%)明显高于春季(7.04%)、夏季(7.23%)、秋季(9.68%),P〈0.05。结论:口服氯吡格雷后白细胞减少与季节相关,冬季最易出现。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between leucopenia and season after oral administration of clopi- dogrel in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: A total of 317 AMI patients were divided into four groups according to season. Changes of level of white blood cells after oral administration of clopidogrel were compared among groups. Results: Occurrence rate of leucopenia (16.83%) in winter was significantly higher than those of spring (7.04%), summer (7.23%) and autumn (9.68%), P〈0.05. Conclusion: Leucopenia caused by oral administration of clopidogrel is associated with season, and it mainly occurs in winter.
