| 摘 要： | 临床毕业实习是医学生将理论转化为实践的重要教学阶段,是提高学生综合素质的关键环节,是培养高素质医学人才的必要途径。文章通过对实习生问卷调查及座谈,分析了影响毕业实习质量的因素,并提出对策。

| Abstract: | Clinical graduate practice is a significant stage which students transform their theory into practice,a essential time when composite qualities are elevated,and a method by which high-quality doctors are made. The paper analyses the factors effecting the quality of graduate practice by questionnaire and interviews,and strategies are also made. |
