广东连山壮族地区地中海贫血产前筛查情况分析

目的对广东连山少数民族地区前来进行孕前、产前筛查的人群和有不良生育史共计650例妇女进行地中海贫血产前筛查，采取有效措施进行群体干预，预防水肿胎和β-重型地中海贫血儿的出生。方法对650例妇女进行血常规检查，一旦发现其MCV和血红蛋白下降者，均要求其丈夫也进行血常规检查。结果预防水肿胎和β-重型地中海贫血儿出生。结论对广东连山少数民族地区前来进行孕前、产前筛查的人群和有不良生育史的妇女进行地中海贫血产前筛查，对降低水肿胎和β-重型地中海贫血儿的出生及优生优育有着重要意义。

Circumstances Analysis About the Thalassemia Prenatal Screening in the Region of Minority Nationality in Lianshan Area of Guangdong Province

OBJECTIVE To prevent the birth of Hb Bart＇s dropsy and major β-thalassemia, prenatal screening were performed among the 650 women before child-bearing or with pregnancy or with the history of abnormal pregnancy in the region of minority nationality in Lianshan Area. METHODS Blood routine was detected among the 650 women before child-bearing or with pregnancy or with the history of abnormal pregnancy. The husband was asked to detected blood routine when Hb and MCV of the wife decreased. RESULTS Prevent- ed the birth of Hb Bart＇s dropsy and major β-thalassemia. CONCLUSIONS By performing prenatal sereeing among the women before child-bearing or with pregnancy or with the history of abnormal pregnancy in the region of minority nationality in Lianshan Area, it is effective to prevent the birth of Hb Bart＇s dropsy and Major β-thalassemia and is vital to improve the population quality.
