低场MR DWI在超急性期脑梗死诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的评价低场强磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)诊断超急性期脑梗死的价值。方法对临床高度怀疑脑梗死且发病时间在6h以内的25例患者进行常规MRI和DWI扫描。结果25例脑梗死DWI均显示为高信号,T2FLAIR显示8例,T2WI显示5例,TIWI均未显示。结论低场强MR DWI对超急性期脑梗死的显示明显优于常规MRI。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of low field intensity MR diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) province in superacute cerebral infarction. Methods 25 patients suspected highly with cerebral infarction within 6 hours were performed with conventional MRI(T2WI, T2FLAIR,T1WI) and DWI. Results All 25 cases were depicted high signal on DWI, except 8 cases were shown on T2FLAIR, 5 cases were shown on T2WI, but none were shown on T1WI. Conclusion DWI has much higher sensitivity for superacute cerebral infarction than conventional MR in low field intensity MR equipment.
