辅助性牙周维护治疗对正畸矫治患者唾液中一氧化氮含量的影响

目的：研究辅助性牙周维护治疗对正畸矫治患者口腔唾液中一氧化氮（ＮＯ）含量的影响，探讨正畸矫治和牙周维护治疗与唾液ＮＯ的关系。方法：应用荧光分光光度法，通过检测正畸矫治患者口腔唾液中亚硝酸根（ＮＯ２＾－）的含量间接反映ＮＯ水平的变化。结果：正畸矫治患者唾液中ＮＯ含量明显高于正常人（Ｐ〈０．０１），而对正畸矫治患者进行辅助性牙周维护手段（漱口水、洁牙和托盘药物联合治疗等）治疗显著降低ＮＯ含量（Ｐ〈０．

Influence of assistant periodontal treatment on nitric oxide in saliva of orthodontic patients

Objective: To study the influence of assistant periodontal treatment on nitric oxide in saliva of orthodontic patients. Methods: Assistant periodontal treatment was used in orthodontic patients. Fluorometric method was used to determine nitrite in saliva of orthodontic patients. Results: NO in the saliva of orthodontic patients was higher than that in normal patients( P <0.01), and when the assistant periodontal treatment was applied during the orthodontic treatment, NO level in saliva decreased significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The results of this experiment indicate that the assistant periodontal treatment can decrease periodontitis,and the production of NO in saliva is decreased. NO can play an important role in orthodontic bone remodeling.
