培养性讲课在泌尿外科临床教学中的作用

摘    要:与泌尿外科传统临床教学方法相比,探讨开展基地轮转住院医师培养性讲课所起的作用。基地轮转住院医师进行的培养性讲课和泌尿外科主治医师进行的讲课效果相当,接受这2种讲课方式的实习医师出科理论考试成绩统计学差异无意义(P>0.05)。而同未进行培养性讲课的基地轮转住院医师相比,进行培养性讲课的基地轮转住院医师泌尿外科出科考理论成绩更为优异,且统计学差异有意义(P<0.05)。在泌尿外科临床教学工作中,对基地轮转住院医师要求进行培养性讲课,不仅不会影响临床教学的质量,还可以提高基地轮转住院医师的学习热情,提升住院医师规范化培训的质量。

Abstract:This paper compares the educational effect of the training teaching of residents in clinical training base and the traditional teaching way.The result shows the equivalent effect of the either teaching methods.The scores between the two trainee groups are statistically insignificant(P>0.05),whereas the scores of residents who performed training teaching are better than those who were not(P<0.05).In the clinical education of urology,the training teaching of residents in clinical training base did not decrease the quality of clinical education,which at the same time boosted the teaching passion and the training quality of the residents in clinical training base.
