| 摘 要： | 通过对某医院机关管理干部队伍的调查和分析,提出了加强机关管理干部队伍建设的建议：营建氛围,努力创建学习型机关;设定门槛,强调拟入管理人员的胜任力;形式多样,全面提高管理人员的整体素质;挖掘潜力,精耕管理人员的特殊才能;量性结合,制定管理人员人才推选程序等。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of cadres of management department in certain hospital,the author put forward some suggestions on strengthening the building of organ cadres.These suggestions included,constructing atmosphere to establish learning organ,setting competence barrier of manager,improving the integrated quality of managers,exploring the potential to find the special capability of managers,establishing qualitative and quantitative selection process of managers,etc. |
