近3年我院麻醉药品使用情况分析

目的了解住院和门诊患者麻醉药品使用情况,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理用药提供参考。方法调取药房数据库中麻醉药品使用数据并统计汇总,对宜宾市第一人民医院2006年11月至2009年11月住院和门诊患者麻醉药品用药情况进行分析。结果住院患者麻醉药品用药频度（DDDs）排前5位的是芬太尼注射液、美菲康片、盐酸吗啡注射液、盐酸瑞芬太尼冻干粉针、可待因片;门诊患者DDDs最高的是美菲康片（吗啡缓释片）,其次是可待因片和盐酸吗啡注射液。结论该院麻醉药品使用以手术麻醉、镇痛为主,麻醉药品使用合理。

Analysis of the Use of Narcotic Drugs in 2006-2009 in Our Hospital

Objective：To understand the inpatients and outpatients use of narcotic drugs and to prevent drug abuse of narcotic drugs,for scientific management and rational use of medicines for reference.Methods To use the database to retrieve data of narcotic drugs in pharmacies and statistical summary in our hospital from November,2006 to November,2009 of narcotic drugs that the inpatients and outpatients used were analyzed.Results The top five DDDs of inpatients were the fentanyl injection,morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,morphine hydrochloride injection,remifentanil hydrochloride lyophilized powder for injection,codeine tablets.For outpatients＇ DDDs,the highest is morphine sustained-release tablets,followed by codeine tablets and morphine hydrochloride injection.Conclusion Narcotic drugs were mainly used for surgical anesthesia and analgesia in our hospital.The use of narcotic drugs is rational.
