系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中ANA、抗ds-DNA、抗ENA的水平

目的:通过检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中的ANA、抗ds-DNA、抗ENA抗体谱的水平,探讨三种抗体对SLE的诊断应用价值。方法:将收集到的68例SLE患者血清(试验组)和40例健康人血清(对照组)分别采用间接免疫荧光(IIF)方法检测ANA、抗ds-DNA,用免疫印迹法(IBT)检测抗ENA多肽抗体。结果:在SLE患者血清(试验组)中检出ANA的阳性率最高为88.2%、抗ds-DNA的阳性率为67.6%、Sm抗体的阳性率为30.9%、nRNP/Sm抗体的阳性抗体的阳性率为47.1%、SS-A抗体的阳性率为51.5%、SS-B抗体的阳性率为38.2%、Scl-70抗体的阳性率为4.4%、Jo-1抗体的阳性率为5.9%,ANA的阳性率与其他各项阳性率进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康人血清(对照组)中只有ANA的阳性率为2.5%,其他抗体均为阴性。与试验组进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清中的ANA、抗ds-DNA、抗ENA抗体联合测试可明显提高SLE患者的诊断率。

Analysis of test results of serum ANA,anti ds-DNA,anti-ENA in SLE patients

Objective To test the serum ANA,anti ds-DNA and anti-ENA antibody spectrum levels of SLE patients,and explore the diagnostic value of the three kinds of antibodies in SLE.Method Of total 68 cases of SLE patients serum(the experimental group) and 40 healthy human serum(the control group) were tested ANA and anti ds-DNA by using indirect immunofluorescence(IIF),anti-ENA polypeptide antibodies were tested by the western blot(IBT).Results In SLE patients(the experimental group),the positive rate in the detection of ANA was 88.2%,anti ds-DNA was 67.6%,Sm antibody was 30.9%,nRNP/Sm antibody was 47.1%,SS-A antibody was 51.5%,SS-B antibody was 38.2%,Scl-70 antibody was 4.4%,Jo-1 antibody was 5.9%,the positive rate of ANA and other antibodies showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01).In healthy human serum(the control group),only ANA positive rate was 2.5%,other antibodies were negative.Compared with the experimental group,the difference was significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum ANA,anti ds-DNA and anti-ENA antibody test can significantly improve the diagnosis rate in SLE patients.
