| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨周围型小肺癌的CT表现,以提高CT诊断的准确性。方法:回顾性分析47例经手术或CT引导下穿刺病理证实的周围型肺癌的CT影像学资料。结果:圆形或类圆形结节状24例,肿块状18例,不规则斑片状5例,其中见分叶征32例,细短毛刺征25例,胸膜凹陷征24例,血管集束征20例,棘状突起12例,空泡征16例,细支气管征12例,空洞征2例,钙化2例。增强扫描特征:CT值增强幅度在20～60 HU之间。结论:CT平扫的典型征象及增强扫描后强化特点有助于原发性周围型肺癌的定性诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand further the CT signs of small peripheral lung cancer and to improve its diagnostic rate by CT.Methods Routine CT scanning was performed in 47 cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by surgery and/or pathology.Results CT scanning showed that lobulation sign was found round nodules of 24 cases,18 cases of mass-like,5 cases of irregular patchy,See lobulation sign was in 32 cases,short speculation drafts 25 cases,pleural indentation 24 cases,vascular convergence sign in 20 cases,the spinous process of 12 cases,vacuole drafts in 16 cases,the bronchioles sign in 12 cases,an empty sign in 2 cases,calcification in 2 cases.Enhanced scanning features:enhanced CT value in the range of 20～60 HU.Conclusion CT scan of the typical signs and enhanced scan enhanced features contribute to the qualitative diagnosis of primary peripheral lung cancer. |
