EPID在盆腔肿瘤放疗中的摆位误差分析

目的:分析电子射野影像系统(EPID)在盆腔肿瘤放疗中的摆位误差。方法:选取进行盆腔肿瘤放疗的患者40例,使用EPID所拍摄的正位和侧位片与数字化重建图像的验证片进行对照,计算并分析量化所测定的摆位误差。结果:前后和头脚的误差范围明显大于左右,而前后平均误差值明显大于头脚和左右的平均误差值,在3 mm以下左右和头脚摆动误差的发生率明显高于前后。结论:利用EPID可以有效检测盆腔肿瘤放疗的摆位误差,提高摆位的准确性和重复性,从而保证盆腔肿瘤放疗的质量。

Positioning error analysis of EPID in the radiotherapy of pelvic tumors

Objective To analyze EPID in the replacement errors of radiotherapy pelvic tumor.Methods Select pelvic radiotherapy of tumor receiving our cases of 40 cases all cases.The treatment of EPID to capture the anteroposterior and lateral films,and digital image reconstruction verification films were analyzed to calculate the error.Results Before and after of the error range significantly greater than right-and-left,so is head and feet.the Before and after average error value significantly greater than the others,in the following 3 mm about feet and head swinging the incidence of error significantly higher than before and after,so is right-and-left.Conclusion Using EPID can detect effectively pelvic radiotherapy of tumor to replacement errors and to increase accuracy and repeatability of replacement,so as to ensure the quality of the pelvic radiotherapy of tumor.
