喉罩麻醉在下腹部手术中的临床应用

目的:探讨喉罩麻醉在下腹部手术中的应用效果。方法:择期行下腹部手术的患者60例,ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级,随机分为喉罩组(LMA)和气管插管组(TI),每组30例;比较两组置管前后、拔管前后的SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2的变化及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:在置管前后、拔管前后,两组SBP、DBP、HR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组SpO2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后咽痛、声嘶的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与气管插管麻醉相比较,喉罩麻醉具有操作简便、通气满意、应激反应小及术后并发症少的优点,值得进一步临床推广。

Application of laryngeal mask anesthesia in lower abdominal surgery

Objective To observe the effectiveness of laryngeal mask anesthesia in lower abdominal surgery patients.Method Sixty patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal surgery with ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ were randomly divided into study group(LMA)and control group(TI),n=30 for each group.Then a comparison was made to evaluate SBP,DBP,HR,SPO2 before intubation and after intubation immediately.Meanwhile,arterial gas analysis was examined.Complications such as aspiration coughing pharyngeal pain and hoarseness were followed up 12 hours after extubation.Results SBP,DBP and HR were significantly higher in group TI than those in group LMA both after intubation and extubation(P<0.05).SPO2 of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).The situation of coughing pharyngeal pain at 12 hours after surgery were compared,and LMA group was significantly lower than the TI group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the tracheal intubation,the main advantages are the following:simple operation,good ventilation,small stress response and less complications.The LMA is worth to be spread accordingly.
