中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床优势,论证中西医结合在治疗功能性消化不良的可行性。方法:回顾性分析158例确诊为功能性消化不良的患者,按就诊时间的先后顺序,分为治疗组和对照组各79例,其中对照组患者采用口服胃肠促动力药物吗丁啉(多潘立酮)以及治疗胃部疾病的胃粘膜保护剂或H离子拮抗剂等进行对症支持治疗,试验组在此基础上按照辨证论治加用中药进行结合治疗。结果:在同时治疗15 d后,治疗组腹痛、嗳气、消化不良等症状完全治愈18例,明显改善35例,有所好转22例,总有效率为94.93%,明显高于对照组的11例、31例、17例,总有效率为74.68%。患者症状完全缓解所需要的时间,治疗组21 d,对照组26 d,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合在治疗功能性消化不良上面有独特的优势和良好的疗效,是值得在临床上面推广运用的。

Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on functional dyspepsia

Objective To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical advantages,demonstration Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Retrospective analysis of digestive internal medicine treated a total of 158 patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia patients who were hospitalized,according to time chronologically,divided into treatment group and control group with 79 cases in each group,the control group was treated with oral gastrointestinal prokinetic drugs(domperidone domperidone) as well as in the treatment of disorders of the stomach of gastric mucosa protective agent or H ion antagonists are symptomatic and supportive treatment,the experimental Group on the basis of this according to syndrome differentiation and treatment with Chinese medicine combined therapy.Results At the same time after 15 days of treatment,the treatment group with abdominal pain,belching,dyspeptic symptoms cured completely 18 people,were improved in 35,better 22,the total effective rate was 94.93%,significantly higher than that of control group in 11,31,17,the total efficiency of 74.68%.Symptoms in patients with complete remission of the time required for the treatment group,control group for 21 days,26 days,two groups show statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with unique advantages and good effect,is worthy of clinical application on the.
