| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨男性抑郁症患者血清甲状腺激素水平和性激素水平以及两者之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫化学发光法对90例男性抑郁症患者及对照组70例健康男性的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)进行了检测。结果:男性抑郁症患者除TSH增高外(P<0.05),T3、FT4和T较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:男性抑郁症患者存在甲状腺激素和性激素的紊乱,存在甲状腺激素紊乱的男性抑郁症患者性激素紊乱更明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the serum thyroid hormone and sexual hormone levels and their correlation in males with depression.Method T3,T4,FT3,FT4,T,PRL,TSH and E2 were tested by using immuno-chemical luminescence in 90 males with depression before treatment and were compared with 70 healthy men.Results TSH was higher(P<0.05) and T3,FT4,T were lower(P<0.05) in males with depression.Conclusion Thyroid hormone disorders and sexual hormone disorders exist in males with depression.Sexual hormone change is more significant in male patients with thyroid hormone disorders. |
