| 摘 要： | 目的薄层鉴别金钮扣药材并测定其中绿原酸的含量。方法采用TLC法定性鉴别,HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,供试品显相同的黄绿色荧光斑点。绿原酸1～60μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.71%。结论所用方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强,可有效控制金钮扣药材的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quality control of Solanum torvum.METHODS TLC was used to qualitatively identify the main ingredients.HPLC was used to quantitatively determine chlorogenic acid content.RESULTS There was the same spot in colour and position between sample and reference in TLC.The HPLC calibration curve was linear within the range of 1-60 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999) for chlorogenic acid.The average recoveries were 99.6%(RSD=0.71%).CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Solanum torvum. |
