铁筷子醇提物对小鼠的镇痛作用及其机制研究

摘    要:目的研究苗药铁筷子醇提物的镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠扭体致痛法、热板致痛法和甲醛致痛法考察铁筷子醇提物的镇痛作用,并采用左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)和N-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)对铁筷子醇提物镇痛作用的影响实验以及纳洛酮拮抗实验来初步研究铁筷子醇提物的镇痛机制。结果铁筷子醇提物对冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,可显著提高小鼠热板法的痛阈值,对甲醛疼痛模型动物I、II相疼痛反应均有抑制作用;纳洛酮对铁筷子醇提物的镇痛作用无明显影响;L-Arg可减弱铁筷子醇提物对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用,L-NAME可增强其镇痛作用。结论铁筷子醇提物具有明显的镇痛作用,其作用部位可能在外周神经末梢或中枢神经系统。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the analgesic effects and mechanism of ethanol extracts of Tie Kuaizi in mice.METHODS The analgesic effects were tested by hot-plates test and twisting body test.The I and II phase pain were observed with the pain model caused by formalin test.Influence of naloxone antagonism test and L-Arg and L-NAME were also used to explore the analgesic mechanism of ethanol extracts of Tie Kuaizi.RESULTS The ethanol extracts of Tie Kuaizi could significantly reduce the times of twisting body induced by acetic acid,and greatly improve the pain threshold of hot-plate in mice.Ethanol extracts had inhibitory effect on I and II phase pain in formalin induced pain model animals.Analgesic effect was not significantly reduced by naloxone.L-Arg could reduce but L-NAME could enhance the analgesic action.CONCLUSION The ethanol extracts of Tie Kuaizi shows analgesic effects.The analgesic site may locate in both central and peripheral nervous system.
