依肝达对鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA的抑制作用

目的研究壮药依肝达体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法 1日龄北京雏鸭24只,接种鸭DHBV 7 d后,随机分为依肝达高、低剂量组(相当于10、5.0 g·kg-1生药量)、DHBV组和拉米夫定阳性对照组。各组均ig给药,bid,共10 d。采用斑点杂交法观察用药前与用药后第0、5、10日及停药后3 d血清中DHBV-DNA的表达。结果高剂量依肝达于给药后第5、10日,低剂量依肝达于给药后第10日,显著抑制感染鸭血清DHBV-DNA的复制,停药3 d后未见明显反跳。结论依肝达可抑制鸭体内DHBV的复制。

The inhibitory effect of Yiganda on duck hepatitis B virus DNA

OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effect of Zhuang medicine Yiganda on duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV).METHODS The duck models of DHBV infection were established by infecting 1-day-old Beijing ducklings with DHBV-positive serum.7 days after infection,24 ducklings infected with DHBV were randomly divided into 4 groups:10 and 5 g·kg-1Yiganda treatment group,Lamivudine group and DHBV model group(control).All the animals were given orally the medicines twice daily for 10 days in a row.The serum of the animals was taken 5th and 10th days after the medication and 3th days after drug discontinuation,and the expression of DHBV DNA was detected by dot-blot hybridization test.RESULTS At day 5,10 after treatment,the level of DHBV DNA in ducklings of Yiganda treatment group were lower than that before the treatment,and rebound phenomenon didn’t appeared in both Yiganda groups 3 days after stopping medication.CONCLUSION Yiganda could inhibit DHBV-DNA replication in vivo.
