示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损的疗效分析

目的:总结3 4例示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损的治疗效果。方法:根据拇指受区创面的形态、大小设计皮瓣切口,切取皮瓣并通过皮下隧道或切开皮肤形成明道,将皮瓣转移修复拇指创面。结果:皮瓣均I期全部成活,随访6～18个月,皮瓣外观好,有感觉,各指关节活动同健侧。结论:该术式修复拇指指腹缺损具有操作简便,创伤小,一次闭合创面的优点,且疗程缩短,皮瓣血循环正常,外观良好,有感觉

The Effect of Repair of Tissue Defect of the Thumb Pulp Loss with the Dorsal Indicis Island Flap

Objective: To summarize the effect of repair of tissue defect of the thumb pulp loss in 34 patients with the dorsal indicis island flap. Methods: The dorsal indicis island flap were designed according to the defective tissue of the thumb pulp.The flap was incised , isolated and turned over to the pulp through a subcutaneous tunnel or incised skin.Flap was turned over to the other side,and then transfered to the thumb pulp. Results: All the flap healed well. After the following-up for 6～18 months, all the flap showed excellent apperance,sensory and motorfunction. Conclusion: The repair of tissue defect of the thumb pulp loss with dorsal indicis island flap has obvious advantages such as minor trauma ,easy operration, reliable blood supply,good apprance and sensory function.
