| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨24h动态脑电图(AEEG)和动态心电图(AECG)监测对疑为晕厥患者的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析30例疑为晕厥患者的24h AEEG和AECG监测结果。结果 30例患者中诊断为脑源性晕厥或症状性癫痫3例，心源性晕厥9例，疑为反射性或其他晕厥18例。结论 24h AEEG／AECG监测对疑为晕厥的患者具有重要的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnostic value of 24 hour AEEG and AECG monitoring in patients with doubtful syncope.Methods The results of 24 hour AEEG and AECG monitoring in 30 patients with doubtful syncope were analyzed retrospectively.Results The diagnostic results of 30 cases were 3 cases of cerebral syncope or symptomatic epilepsy,9 cases of cardiogenic syncope,18 cases of reflexible syncope and other syncope respectively.Conclusions 24 hour AEEG and AECG monitoring might be of important diagnostic and differential diagnostic value in patients with doubtful syncope. |
