先天性消化道畸形所致小肠梗阻的X线诊断

目的 :分析探讨 X线对先天性畸形所致小肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法 :38例患儿 ,均经 X线钡餐检查且经手术证实 ,部分病例做钡灌肠或 B超对比分析。结果 :本组病例 ,梗阻多发生于十二指肠和空肠近段 ,以肠闭锁和肠旋转不良为主要因素。X线检查能显示典型征象而确诊。结论 :小肠先天性畸形所致梗阻性质不同 ,可出现不同的 X线典型征象。X线检查是诊断该病有效可靠方法。对判断病变部位和程度 ,确定梗阻的性质等都具有重要价值

X-ray Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction Resulting from Congenital Malformation of the Alimentary Tract

Purpose To explore the diagnostic value of radiography for intestinal obstruction caused by congenital malformation of the alimentary tract. Methods With the help of X ray barium meal examination and surgery confirmation, 38 children were diagnosed as intestinal obstruction. Some of the children underwent barium clusis or B mode ultrasonic analysis. Results In this group of children, intestinal obstruction occurred in the dodecadactylon and the proximal section of the jejunum, for which intestinal atresia and malrotation of intestine were the main factors. X ray examinations showed some typical imges, thus establishing the definitive diagnosis. Conclusion Typical X ray images vary with intestinal obstructions caused by congenital malformation. X ray examinations prove to be effective in the diagnosis of this disease. Besides, it is of importance in the judgement of the obstructed part and its degree, and in the detemination of the kind of the obstruction.
