| 摘 要： | 目的:研究左金丸不同提取液指纹图谱的差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对左金丸水提取液、乙醇提取液和半仿生提取液进行测定,并比较不同提取液指纹图谱的差异。结果:左金丸3种提取液指纹图谱的特征峰总面积以半仿生提取液最大,乙醇提取液与半仿生提取液接近,水提取液最小。左金丸3种提取液所含化学成分种类基本相同,但含量不同,以半仿生法提取率最高。结论:本试验可为左金丸化学成分和制剂工艺的研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the differences of the fingerprints of different extracts of Zuojin pills.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted to determine water extract,ethanol extract and semi-bionic extract of Zuojin pills,and the difference of the fingerprints was compared.RESULTS:In above-mentioned three extracts fingerprints,the area of characteristic peaks from semi-bionic extraction extract was the largest,and that of alcohol extract was similar to it.That of water extract was the smallest.There was the wholly same c... |
