三维时间飞越法磁共振血流成像在颅内肿瘤诊断中的应用

摘    要:为了评价三维时间飞越法磁共振血流成像在颅内肿瘤诊断中的应用价值,作者分析了57 手术病理证实的颅内肿瘤的3DTOF MRA资料,并与同期12例脑血管造影结果比较,。结果示:血管受压移位(57/57),肿瘤供血动脉(34/57),肿瘤血管(31/57),肿瘤染色(48/50),肿瘤包绕血管(25/57)。作者认为,3D TOF MRA可作为术前了解因管解剖手段代替脑血管造影,此外,对部分肿瘤的临别诊

Abstract:To evaluate the Three Dimensional Time of Flight Magnetic Resonance Angiography (3D TOF MRA) for intracranial tumors.57 cases of intracranial tumors proved by surgery and pathology were examined with 3D TOF MRA technique.of which,12 cases were examined with conventional brain angiography.Results:The MRA features of the intracranial tumors were vessel dislocation (57/57),enlagred surplying arteries (34/57),tumor vessels and staining (31/57,48/50),vessel encased by tumor (25/57).The vascular changes demonstrated by 3D TOF MRA were similar to those demonstrated by conventional brain angiography.The results suggest that 3D TOF MRA can replace the conrentional brain angiography as vascular mapping before operation and help to differentiate some intracranial tumors.
