2004-2008年浙江省绍兴市医疗机构消毒效果监测

目的了解浙江省绍兴市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果情况，以便加强医院感染控制和消毒工作质量。方法采用现场采样和调查方法，对所有医疗机构包括9家市级医疗单位、5家乡镇级卫生院、93家单位医务室进行了调查，监测内容主要为手术室、注射室、供应室等场所的空气、医务人员手、物体表面污染情况、使用中消毒液、高压灭菌效果、无菌包、紫外线灯管等。 结果连续5年共采样5683份，总合格率为90.20%。不同调查对象中，医务人员手采样1753份，合格率为79.18%；物体表面采样966份，合格率为96.27%；使用中的消毒液采样1414份，合格率为99.08%；室内空气采样866份，合格率为85.91%；压力蒸汽采样156份，灭菌效果合格率为98.08%；紫外线灯管辐射强度采样241份，合格率为93.36%；无菌物品灭菌质量采样287份，合格率为99.30%。市级医疗机构采样2596份，合格率为95.11%；乡镇级医疗机构采样762份，合格率为89.24%；医务室采样2325份，合格率为85.03%。结论绍兴市医疗机构消毒灭菌质量整体水平比较好，但乡镇级和卫生室的合格率相对低，室内空气和医务人员手的合格率也相对低，需要加强医院卫生消毒管理。

Disinfection surveillance in medical institutions in Shaoxing,2004-2008

Objective To survey the disinfection and sterilization effect in medical institutions in Shaoxing,strengthen the control of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of disinfection.
