| 摘 要： | 目的 通过QRS记分法观察心脉通胶囊对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者梗死面积的影响。方法 将 2 4 0例AMI患者随机分为心脉通胶囊结合常规西药治疗组 (治疗组 )及单纯常规西药治疗组 (对照组 ) ,计算并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后第 7天及第 30天心电图QRS分值的变化情况。结果 治疗组在治疗第 7天及第 30天心电图QRS分值均明显低于治疗前及对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而对照组在治疗第 7天及第 30天心电图QRS分值均略高于治疗前 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 心脉通胶囊能显著限制并缩小梗死面积。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of Xinmaitong capsule on infarct area of acute myocardial infarct (AMI) patients with QRS score method.Methods 240 patients were randomly divided into Xinmaitong capsule and general western medicine group (treatment group) and only western medicine group (control group). The changes of the QRS scores before treatment and at the 7th and 30th day after treatment in the two groups were calculated and compared.Results The QRS scores in treatment group at the 7th and 30th day after treatment were both evidently lower than that before treatment and that in control group (P<0.01). The QRS scores in control group at the 7th and 30th day after treatment were a little higher than that before treatment, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Xinmaitong capsule can markedly limit and reduce the infarct area. |
