高压氧治疗跟骨骨折术后切口血运障碍的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察高压氧治疗跟骨骨折术后切口局部血运障碍的疗效。方法共选取跟骨骨折内固定术后出现切口局部血运障碍的患者120例,将其分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组男5例,女7例;年龄1762岁,平均39.5岁。对照组男55例,女5例;年龄1858岁,平均38岁。对照组给予常规治疗(即用抗生素、扩血管药、抗凝药,并行局部换药及对症处理),治疗组在上述基础上给予高压氧治疗。两组患者经10 d治疗后评定两组血运障碍改善情况。结果两组患者经分别治疗后,发现治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论高压氧治疗可提高跟骨骨折术后切口局部血液供应,改善局部缺氧状态,促进受损组织愈合,有效预防降低患部皮缘坏死,该疗法值得临床推广、应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinic effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy(HBOT) for blood supply obstruction of injured limbs after calcaneum fracture surgery.Methods 120 patients with blood supply obstruction of injured limbs after calcaneum fracture surgery were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases were treated with HBO(treating group) and the other 60 cases were treated with usual treatment(control group).Compare the clinical curative effects and the improvement of blood supply obstruction of injured Limbs after 10 days treatment.Results The curative effects of treating group was 88.3%,the general clinical effect was 95%,it was obviously better than those in control group(P〈0.01).The improvement of blood supply insufficiency of Injured Limbs is also the same.Conclusion HBOT could treat the blood supply obstruction of injured limbs after calcaneum fracture surgery with better curative effect;It is an adoptable method in clinic.
