| 摘 要： | 目的观察采用星状神经节阻滞预防老年人流行性感冒（流感）的疗效。方法选择90例老年人随机分为3组,每组30例。Ⅰ组注射流感疫苗;Ⅱ组于同一时间开始星状神经节阻滞,隔日1次、1疗程7次,共2个疗程;Ⅲ组为对照组。3组在行流感疫苗注射和星状神经节阻滞前后,均行免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4的测定。结果治疗后3组比较：Ⅰ、Ⅱ组IgG、IgM水平明显高于Ⅲ组（P〈0.01）,Ⅱ组IgA、补体C4水平明显高于Ⅰ组（P〈0.05）。结论星状神经节阻滞能明显提高老年人免疫功能,预防流感。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of stellate ganglion block （SGB） in preventing influenza in elderly patients. Methods 90 elderly patients with influenza were randomly divided into three groups, 30 patients in each group. The patients in group Ⅰ received vaccine against influenza. At the same time the patients in group Ⅱ received ＂SGB＂ at an interval of 2 days,for 14 times. The patients in group m was served as controls. Before and after vaccine injection and SGB the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM and complement C3, C4 in all the patients were detected. Results After treatment the levels of IgG,IgM in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of groups Ⅲ （ P 〈0.01 ）. And the levels of IgA,eomplement C4 in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion SGB can increase significantly immune function in elderly patients so as to prevent influenza. |
