| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性跟骨骨超声衰减值（BUA）与脂代谢、非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）的关系，了解男性骨质疏松的代谢性危险因素。方法对110名男性应用超声骨密度测量仪测量跟骨骨超声衰减值，同时检测血脂、血糖、肝肾功、脂肪肝等指标。结果血脂的各个亚组分中，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）与BUA呈负相关（r=-0．17，P=0．001），血脂的其他亚组分及脂肪肝与BUA无显著相关性。结论对于男性骨质疏松患者，高LDL—C水平可能是其危险因素之一。
