c-fos在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

目的探讨c-fos在子宫内膜异位症（EMT）发生发展中的作用。方法收集正常子宫内膜标本26例,EMT在位内膜标本及异位内膜标本各27例,通过免疫组织化学染色法,检测c-fos蛋白在三组内膜中的表达情况。结果 c-fos主要表达于正常子宫内膜、异位内膜及在位内膜腺上皮细胞核中,少量表达于间质细胞浆;异位内膜及在位内膜组的c-fos蛋白表达明显升高,呈强阳性,与正常对照组比较,两组具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;但在位内膜与异位内膜c-fos表达率未见明显差异（P〉0.05）;c-fos蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织、异位症在位内膜组织及异位内膜组织中的表达强度均呈现周期性变化,且增生期表达均明显高于分泌期,P值均〈0.05。结论 c-fos蛋白可能为EMT发生发展的重要调控蛋白之一。

The expression and significance of the tissue inhibitor of c-fos in endometriosis
