| 摘 要： | 目的探讨局部晚期胃癌术后辅助腹腔化疗的疗效和不良反应。方法采用对比研究方法,对我院2006年1月至2009年12月200例局部晚期胃癌术后患者随机分为腹腔灌注化疗联合静脉化疗组（治疗组n=87）和单纯静脉化疗组（对照组n=113）,观察两组的生存时间和化疗的毒副反应。结果两组随访,腹腔化疗联合静脉化疗组中位生存时间分别为28.00个月,单纯静脉化疗组中位生存时间为11.24个月,局部晚期胃癌术后加用腹腔化疗组较单纯静脉化疗组延长了生存时间,不良反应无显著差异。结论局部晚期胃癌术后静脉联合腹腔化疗,较单纯静脉化疗,延长生存时间,疗效较好,且耐受性较好。
