涎腺粘液表皮样癌VEGF和NOS的表达及其相关性

摘    要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(induciblenitric oxide synthasei,NOS)和内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)在涎腺粘液表皮样癌的表达及其相关性;研究一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和VEGF的相互作用及在促肿瘤生长中的作用机制。方法应用免疫组化方法检测30例涎腺粘液表皮样癌标本VEGFi、NOS和eNOS的表达及分布。结果 30例涎腺粘液表皮样癌组织中,表达iNOS的为70%,表达eNOS的为80%,表达VEGF的占66.67%;VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性(P〈0.05),VEGF与eNOS的表达无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论 VEGF与iNOS在涎腺粘液表皮样癌中的表达具有明显相关性i,NOS在VEGF促血管生成过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in salivary glands mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC) and their correlation,and to investigate the correlation between iNOS and VEGF,and the correlation between eNOS and VEGF in MEC.Methods:Tissue sections from 30 MEC patients were examined using immunohistochemistry technique for protein expression of iNOS,eNOS and VEGF.Results:① Positive iNOS,eNOS and VEGF immunostaining were detected in 70%,80% and 66.67% of MEC respectively.② Expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation to iNOS but to not eNOS.Conclusion: VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation in MEC.iNOS plays an important role in VEGF development.
