CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠修复对患牙牙周组织影响的研究

摘    要:目的探讨计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)和计算机辅助制作(computer aided manufactur-ing,CAM)氧化锆全瓷冠修复体的临床应用、生物相容性及对牙周健康状况的影响。方法选择欲行全冠修复的患者18例(患牙30颗),其中15颗作为治疗组修复氧化锆全瓷冠,15颗作为对照组修复钴铬合金烤瓷冠,于修复前和修复后61、2个月分别进行常规龈沟出血指数(SBI)检查、龈沟液(GCF)称量及GCF中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)检测。结果治疗组氧化锆全瓷冠修复后6个月、12个月其各项指标与修复前相比差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对照组钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复后6个月时,各项指标与修复前相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)1,2个月时差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠修复体对患牙的牙周组织影响较小,有利于牙周健康。
