CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠修复对患牙牙周组织影响的研究

目的探讨计算机辅助设计（computer aided design,CAD）和计算机辅助制作（computer aided manufactur-ing,CAM）氧化锆全瓷冠修复体的临床应用、生物相容性及对牙周健康状况的影响。方法选择欲行全冠修复的患者18例（患牙30颗）,其中15颗作为治疗组修复氧化锆全瓷冠,15颗作为对照组修复钴铬合金烤瓷冠,于修复前和修复后61、2个月分别进行常规龈沟出血指数（SBI）检查、龈沟液（GCF）称量及GCF中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）检测。结果治疗组氧化锆全瓷冠修复后6个月、12个月其各项指标与修复前相比差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,对照组钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复后6个月时,各项指标与修复前相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）1,2个月时差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氧化锆全瓷冠修复体对患牙的牙周组织影响较小,有利于牙周健康。

Effects of CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic crowns on the periodontal tissue of the restored teeth
