| 摘 要： | 目的总结切开结合经皮撬拨微创复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的治疗方法和效果。方法跟骨骨折30例。采用切开结合经皮钻入骨圆针复位、植骨、钢板螺钉内固定。结果所有患者均获得满意疗效,优良率83.3%。结论切开结合撬拨复位加植骨钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折具有操作简便、创伤小、疗效满意的优点。
