| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者家属心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）及自编一般项目调查表对88例住院胃癌患者家属进行测评。结果住院胃癌患者家属SCL-90评分高于国内常模（P〈0．01），女性家属SDS、SAS评分高于男性家属（P〈0．05），无业者SDS、SAS评分高于有业者（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论胃癌患者家属心理健康状况不容乐观，应积极进行心理社会干预。
