| 摘 要： | 目的评价白糖切口填充治疗妇产科手术后脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法随机将妇产科手术后发生切口脂肪液化的患者分为治疗组和观察组,每组各30例。观察组予以常规换药处理;治疗组在常规处理的后期,加用白糖切口填充。结果切口愈合时间治疗组疗效明显少于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论白糖切口填充能有效缩短脂肪液化切口的愈合时间,经济安全,值得临床推广运用。
