| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压患者降压药服用至术晨对围术期血流动力学的影响。方法选择合并高血压的甲状腺肿瘤患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组术前按常规要求禁食,术晨停止服用降压药;观察组继续服用降压药至术晨。所有患者均采用气管插管全凭静脉麻醉。观察诱导前即刻、气管插管后1 min及拔除气管插管后1min的心率和血压,并观察两组返流误吸的发生率。结果对照组诱导前即刻、气管插管后1 min及拔除气管插管后1 min的心率、血压明显较观察组高（P﹤0.05）。两组返流误吸发生率无明显差异。结论合并高血压的择期手术患者围术期应继续服用降压药至术晨,有利于围术期血流动力学的稳定,且不增加返流误吸的发生率。
