环境水中丁基黄原酸测定方法的研究

摘    要:目的研究准确、灵敏度高、操作简便、适用于环境水中丁基黄原酸的测定方法。方法在盐酸羟胺还原体系中萃取,用铜试剂将丁基黄原酸亚铜转化成铜试剂亚铜进行光度测定。结果黄原酸亚铜与铜试剂形成的铜试剂亚铜吸光度最高;当铜盐浓度在1.0×-5~1.8×-5范围内吸光度高且稳定,低于或高于此范围,吸光度降低;萃取时间以4 min为最佳;丁基黄原酸浓度在0~80μg/L的范围内符合比耳定律,检出限为0.8μg。结论该方法准确高、灵敏度好、操作简便、经济实用,适用于检测环境水中丁基黄原酸。解决了目前常用的丁基黄原酸分析方法因仪器昂贵,应用受限,传统萃取法灵敏度低,操作繁杂的困扰。

Abstract:Objective: To study the accuracy,high sensitivity,easy operation,method for determination of butyl xanthate in environmental water.Methods: Extraction was made in hydroxylamine hydrochloride system,then the extract copper reagent butyl xanthate was restored into cuprous cuprous copper reagent for photometric determination.Results:The results of cuprous xanthate and copper reagent in forming cuprous copper reagent had maximal absorbance;when the copper concentration ranged between 1.0 ×-5 ~ 1.8 ×-5,the absorbance was high and stable,but below or above this range,absorption was reduced;the best time of extraction was 4min;when the concentration of butyl xanthate was within 0 ~ 80μg / L,it was in conformity with the law of Beer.The detection limit was 0.8μg.Conclusion: The method is accurate,highly sensitive,easy to operate,economical and practical for the detection of butyl xanthate in environmental water.It can be used to solve the current butyl xanthate analysis because the instrument is expensive,limitedly applicied,the low sensitivity of traditional extraction method,the complicated operation problems.
