| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Bcl-2基因表达在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中表达的临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法检测Bcl-2在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤细胞中的表达，研究它的表达与弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤临床分期、全身症状及治疗效果的关系。结果弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤临床分期为Ⅲ／Ⅳ期、疗效差、全身症状明显者，Bcl-2表达阳性率高。结论检测Bcl-2在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达对评估弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤分期、疗效及不良临床过程有一定意义，Bcl-2的高表达可以作为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤不良临床特征、疗效差的标志之一。
