| 肺积1号方影响小鼠肺癌移植瘤细胞周期蛋白D1表达的实验研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察肺积1号方对Lewis肺癌小鼠移植瘤CyclinD1表达的影响。方法建立Lewis肺癌细胞C57BL/6小鼠移植瘤模型,完全随机分为4组,每组8只：（1）模型组：生理盐水0.4 ml/只灌胃,1次/日,作为阴性对照;（2）肺积1号方小剂量组（肺小组）：按照肺积1号方生药20 g/kg给药,用含生药1.0 g/ml的中药混悬液0.4毫升/只灌胃,1次/日;（3）肺积1号方中剂量组（肺中组）：按照40 g/kg给药,用含生药2.0 g/m l的中药混悬液0.4毫升/只灌胃,1次/日;（4）肺积1号方大剂量组（肺大组）：按照80 g/kg给药,灌服含生药4.0 g/m l的中药混悬液0.4毫升/只,1次/日。连续用药14天,停药1天,次日颈部脱臼法处死各组小鼠,无菌条件下剥取肿瘤组织,免疫组化法检测肺积1号方对肿瘤组织Cyclin D1表达的影响。结果肺积1号方中、大剂量组CyclinD1的表达均较模型组降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肺积1号方可下调Lewis肺癌肿瘤组织细胞周期蛋白Cyclin D1的表达,可能是肺积1号方的抗肿瘤机制之一。 |
