摘 要: | 以免疫电镜和免疫组化及免疫金-银双重标记技术,从超微结构方面对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体亚单位1在神经干细胞上进行准确定位,结果证实脑室下区存在神经干细胞,是成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统重要的发生区,而N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体亚单位1的表达比Nestin高,且分布于神经干细胞胞膜、胞浆、以及粗面内质网、高尔基复合体上。

Abstract: | The subcellular localization of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor subunit 1 in neural stem cells of the subventricular zone of adult rats was detected using electron microscopy, following immunohistochemistry and immunogold-silver double staining. Results confirmed the presence of neural stem cells in the subventricular zone, which is a key neurogenic region in the central nervous system of adult mammals. The expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor subunit 1 was higher than that of nestin and mainly distributed in the cell membrane, cytoplasm, rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex of neural stem cells. |
