摘    要:本文就纳洛酮对击剑运动员短时间剧烈运动前后机体免疫功能的影响进行了初步探讨,结果表明:1.运动前静脉注射纳洛酮后跑步4000米,外周血T细胞亚群的变化表现为CD_2~+细胞亚群百分率升高,CD_4~+CD_3~+比值下降。2.运动后外周血白细胞诱生干扰素的能力显著高于运动前,P<0.01。3.运动后NK细胞活性与白细胞吞噬百分率有下降的趋势,但吞噬指数显著增高。纳洛酮对外周血白细胞诱生干扰素的能力,NK细胞活性及白细胞吞噬功能均未见有明显影响。

Abstract:The effect of naloxone on immune function was investigated in fencing athletes before and aftet a shortperiod of severe exercise. The results showed: 1. Before a 4000 meters run, the athletes were injected nalox-one intravenously the subgroups of T cell in peripheral blood changed as the follows: the percentage of CD_?~+ells elevated and the ratio of CD_4~+/CD_8~+ declined. 2. The ability of peripheral blood leucocyte to induce a-interferon, after exercise, was significantly higher than that before the exercise (P<0.01). 3. The activityof NK cells and phagocytic percentage of leucocyte trended to decline, but the phagocytic index elevatedobviously. In our experiment, the iufluence of naloxone on the ability of inducing interferon by peripheralblood leucocyte, the activity of NK cells and phagocytic ability of leucocyte was not taken effect greatly.
