黄芪水溶性黄酮类对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

目的：观察黄芪水溶性黄酮类对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：采用“细胞毒”法和“MTT”法，通过观察小鼠T淋巴细胞及其亚群和淋巴细胞的增殖作用，初步研究黄芪水溶性黄酮类（AF）对氢考（HC）致免疫功能低下小鼠和正常小鼠的细胞免疫功能的影响。结果：AF能提高免疫功能低下小鼠T细胞总数及L3T4^ 、Lyt2^ 细胞百分率和L3T4^ /Lyt2^ 细胞比值，并可恢复至正常水平；AF能ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖，且本身具有丝裂原的作用。结论：AF对细胞免疫功能具有促进作用。

The Effects of Astragalus Flavonoids on the Cellular Immunity in Mice

Objective: To study the effects of cellular immunity function of the Astragalus flavonoids on the hypoimmunity mice induced by injecting hydrocortisone. Methods: Through separately observing T lymphocytes, subset of T lymphocytes and proliferation of lymphocytes by Cytotoxic and MTT methods.Result: 1. Astragalus flavonoids could raise the percentage of Thy-1 + and L 3T 4 + and Lyt 2 + cells and ratio of L 3T 4 +/Lyt 2 + and return to normal levels; 2.Astragalus flavonoids not only promoted the proliferation of T lymphocytes induced by ConA in vitro in mice but also was a Mitogen. Conclusion: Astragalus Flavonoids could increase cellular immunologic function on the hypoimmunity mice induced by injecting hydrocortisone.
