| Abstract: | The antibiotic actinomycin interferes with the antiviral action of ribavirin in Sindbis virus-infected Aedes albopictus mosquito cells. In the absence of actinomycin, ribavirin inhibits viral nucleic acid synthesis whether assayed by infectivity, incorporation of [3H]uridine, or ethidium bromide staining. |
